BOH offers regular opportunities to experience the Word of God.  The highest priority of BOH is to spiritually encourage the women  and the children so that they themselves can understand the reality of God and His desire to be a part of their lives. This programme helps in the fulfilment of Beacon of Hope’s mission of bringing hope to those women who live in and around Ongata Rongai area . Local individuals facilitate the discipleship programme and they positively impact on the less fortunate within Rongai area .
Beacon of Hope also partners with local churches and Church Based Organizations  such as NIST (Nairobi International School of Theology) offering Biblical Counselling sessions and trainings on “How to counsel a PLWHA (Person Living With HIV/AIDS).” As such this gives an opportunity to individuals to influence one another in a positive way .
The entire staff provides emotional support to women who are infected by HIV/AIDS as well as offering that support to children and orphans who are affected by the virus.

The staff of Beacon of Hope wants to encourage you to be like the apostle Paul and follow Christ’s teachings by discipling one of the women at the centre. Personal interaction with someone who needs extra love and support is the best form of practically sharing God’s love.
